Refunds, Returns & Cancelations:
Originals
All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not available.
Prints
All sales are final. Refunds are not available on made-to-order purchases. However, if your prints meet the exchange requirements, you can exchange an Art Print for another print of equal or greater value or store credit within 14 days from the date of delivery. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, paying any price difference, and will be responsible for a 5% restocking fee based on the price of the original print(s) ordered. Cancelations are only available to orders that have not started in production.
Sale Items
All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not available.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos and proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as made-to-order items, special orders, or personalized items). Please feel free to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange:
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Product must not be damaged.
- To ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will undergo an inspection.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase).

Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping
Order processing times are typically 7-14 business days. Processing & shipping times may vary up to 2-3 weeks during the holiday season. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. There is a flat $12 shipping rate for orders under $75 with the exception of sticker (see below for details). All orders over $75, not including tax and shipping, ship for FREE.
Sticker orders process in 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays process the following business day. Orders with up to three stickers ship FREE standard USPS post without tracking information. Tracking information will be provided for orders of four or more and will ship via USPS Priority Mail. There is a flat fee of $8.50 for four to eight stickers, larger orders ship at the standard flat rate fee of $12.00.
Please be aware that some shipments may experience delays as some sorting facilities and destinations may be affected by COVID-19.
