FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What printing process do you use?
All of my fine art giclée prints are made in-house with a professional-grade large format printer using an UltraChrome HD PRO10 ink palette. Ensuring the closest match to the original color palette used in my paintings with archival quality pigments that will last.
When will my order be ready?
I singlehandedly prepare, print, quality check, and package your orders in my studio. Because of this, please allow up to 5-7 business days to prepare your order for shipment. Processing times may be longer leading up to and during the holiday season.
When will I receive my order?
As a standard, I ship all of my orders via USPS Priority Mail. You'll receive shipping information for tracking once your order ships. In most cases, orders are set to be delivered within 3-5 business days after they leave my studio. For more information please read my SHIPPING POLICY.
Do you offer commissioned work?
I do. New commission projects are available on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to use my CONTACT page to tell me about your project. Make sure to include the following information to receive the most accurate quote:
-
Subject
(Do you have a photograph to work from?)
-
Size
(e.g. 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 9x12)
-
Deadline
(Please allow at least two weeks before your deadline. You will be charged a rushed order fee for any projects with less than two weeks' notice.)
The subject's complexity and size calculate my prices.
Is painting the only form of art you do?
I started as an illustrator. Later, I became interested in photography and ran a portrait studio for quite some time. Before I started painting regularly in 2020, I was working as a freelance graphic designer. I still offer photography and graphic design services by request.
Do you host group or individual tutorials or lessons?
No, not at this time. I do hope to offer these options in the future when my schedule allows it. In the meantime, you can watch all of my painting progress videos on my YouTube Channel and hopefully pick up a thing or two there.
Are there other products with your artwork other than prints?
Yes, I currently have a Redbubble shop featuring my other work, including photography and graphic designs. You can find apparel, accessories, and home décor items featuring my work.
How can I keep up to date with your latest work?
I post daily to my Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Channel featuring High Definition versions of the time-lapse videos of all my paintings.
